The cost of oppportunity

There are a few profound thoughts that cross my mind when I look at the photo below and usually when watching flocks of birds migrating or doing their sky dance. One of those is not the random thought that crossed my mind yesterday. While I was driving home praying I could find a parking spot easily so I can run and pick my son from daycare, it suddenly hit me (the thought, of course). Although I had more time for myself before, a lot was spent unwisely. I can actually say I have gained more now by having less free time. I’ve gained quality. So now I’m always running after the opportunity cost. But how can one stop running and just s l o w d o w n ?
