No matter how afraid my kids are of witches, that they get nightmares about them, they keep on searching them in every new book, they keep inventing them in every new story they tell. There’s always a witch to fight and a wolf to drive away. Isn’t it funny how innately drawn we are to the dark, the mystery and unknown that come along? We cannot deny it and maybe we shouldn’t. Might be stranger and dangerous if we did. The sooner we are aware of the shadows in the world, the sooner we will know our own shadows and how to navigate them.
